It was easy to reach using the J train and bus 9 or 272. It is in a community building set back from the road. It has all the facilities that one might need. Coffee was provided. The fridge has a freezer box. There was an excellent fan. Plenty of sockets. There is a pizza or other takeaways within 100m, and a good sized supermarket within 200m.
I was there for the Olympic hockey, so it was an easy 30 min walk to the stadium. To reach the centre of Paris is about 50 mins by public transport.
Clean, easy to get around and it was a good cool jntimate vibe the host was very re-active
If there was any problems he was quick to respond and we like people like that! 10/10
